4. Order Process and Acceptance

4.1 Quotations

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs and design complexity.

4.2 Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of:

  • Signed quotation or purchase order
  • Required advance payment
  • Approved design specifications
  • Complete delivery information

4.3 Minimum Order Quantities

  • Team Kits: Minimum 10 pieces
  • Athletic Apparel: Minimum 25 pieces
  • Custom orders may have different minimums

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Schedule

  • 50% advance payment upon order confirmation
  • 50% balance payment before dispatch
  • Bulk orders may have different payment terms

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS)
  • UPI payments
  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Cheques (for established customers)

5.3 Late Payments

Orders will not be processed or dispatched until full payment is received. Late payments may incur additional charges of 2% per month.

6. Design and Customization

6.1 Design Process

  • Initial design concepts provided within 3-5 business days
  • Unlimited revisions until customer approval
  • Final design approval required before production

6.2 Intellectual Property

  • Customer owns rights to their logos and designs
  • Winox retains rights to manufacturing processes and techniques
  • Customers must ensure they have rights to any provided artwork

7. Production and Delivery

7.1 Production Timeline

  • Standard orders: 10-14 working days
  • Rush orders: 5-7 working days (additional charges apply)
  • Bulk orders: Timeline varies based on quantity

7.2 Delivery

  • Delivery charges are additional unless specified
  • Risk of goods passes to customer upon dispatch
  • Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility

8. Quality Assurance

8.1 Quality Standards

All products are manufactured according to our quality standards and undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch.

8.2 Defect Resolution

  • Manufacturing defects will be replaced free of charge
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Defective items must be returned for inspection

9. Returns and Exchanges

9.1 Return Policy

  • Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective
  • Standard items may be returned within 7 days in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

9.2 Exchange Policy

  • Size exchanges available within 7 days of delivery
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Exchange shipping costs may apply

10. Limitation of Liability

Winox' liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the order value
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

12. Cancellation Policy

12.1 Customer Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before production begins
  • Cancellation charges may apply for design work completed
  • No cancellations accepted once production has started

12.2 Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • Non-payment of dues
  • Inappropriate or illegal design requests
  • Technical impossibility of production

13. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of customer designs, business information, and trade secrets. This information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Amicable Resolution

We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication and negotiation.

14.2 Legal Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in NORTH WEST DELHI,, DELHI,, India.

16. Severability
