- Refund: 100% refund of advance payment

- Design Charges: If custom design work has been completed, design charges (₹500-₹2000) may be deducted
After Production Starts
- Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
- Reason: Custom sportswear is manufactured specifically for each order
- Exception: Cancellations may be considered in exceptional circumstances with mutual agreement
2.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Non-payment of advance or balance amounts
- Technical impossibility of production
- Inappropriate or illegal design requests
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
In such cases, full refund will be provided within 7-10 business days.
